Great resource and good for environment! Still for condos, would be nice to have a weather proof box for batteries etc.to gather up to take to recycle; and information for used up bulbs of all types--need to keep them from breaking? etc. .

As a member of a small community in Waller County, I was just wondering why you only accept things from Sabine County. Are you aware of another facility near Brookshire where I might be able to take recyclables?

Please let me know, as an earth friendly person I'd like to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.

so is this justdrop off for al the above items, or do you buy it as scrap- seeing that you take steel/cans/etc. and there are p[laces that buy those. i ask because the nature of my work brings me a steady stream of the above items- and i am always looking for ways to recycle and make a few bucks - otherwise it would be a drain on my business to recycle.

Hello. My daughter, Karoline, age 6 has started her own club...completely creative and I thought I could help her get things into action. She has started awhat she calls "Bottle Top Club". We have created her a website and want to get things going before school ends. She has been collecting Plastic Bottle Tops and wants to donate money or items to animals in some way. Does your organization do anything to help animals? I am wanting to know what the process will be to get the club into motion and push her idea.
